L Sealer Machine

VPLS-5045S Semiautomatic L-seal cutting machine is apt for packaging applications. The products are automatically conveyed into shrink tunnel through conveying belt for shrink packaging after sealing and cutting operations. Higher working capacity is achieved with shrink tunnel.

Features:

• There is protection mechanism for sealing knife in case of overheating and cutting.
• Good sealing without cracking or coking is achieved with nano-fiber cutter holder and anti sticking thermostable nichrome cutter.
• When the product is sealed, it is automatically conveyed to shrink tunnel by the conveyor belt.
• One can adjust the conveyor belt height with hand wheel.
• Time relay accurately controls the sealing and cutting time.
• Firm sealing is achieved with the use of double electromagnets that produce more pressure for sealing.
• Sliding film support keeps all types of shrink films, up to 550mm width.
• Return cylinder controls upper sealing and cutting frame.
• SPLS 5045S adopts pneumatic device.

Semiautomatic L-seal cutting machine is apt for shrink packing small amount of pharmaceutical products, foodstuffs, software, electronic products, etc. It can work with all kinds of packing material, for instance PP, PVC, POF, etc.
